Full Name? (First/Middle/Last) Walk us through a day in your life.
Hello again, my name is Sofia Sarai Milan. If you stopped by my house, you would probably find me practicing music or writing stories or poetry. A day in my life would be spending time with my pets (4 chicks and a kitten) practicing my songs and instruments, and writing about anything and everything.
What are some of your life goals? What do you hope for out of life? What’re your Interests? How did you get interested in them? What’re your passions? Tell us in-depth about them.
Some interests that I have are clothing design, gardening, environmental science, dreaming and dance. I really want to express my fantasy looks by designing my own clothes. I feel a deep connection with plants and love the concept of gardening. I care about the environment and want to be more educated through the science of it. Dreaming is one of my favorite things ever to do, lucid dreaming makes me feel like I am in a fantasy and I absolutely love it. I also take interest in dance, for being active and for being fun to do. I would say my biggest passion is love and spreading love and light to all. To me, love means everything and I use it to guide me. In fact, a life goal of mine is to be able to spread love and light to all. I also have a goal of expressing myself through art and music and making a community with it. I really do hope I can achieve my goals in life.
What do you love about yourself? What do you dislike, but have you made peace with about yourself?
I am not trying to sound overconfident, but I love everything about myself (sometimes) because everything counts in making me who I am. I used to dislike how strange I am, because I felt that nobody understood me, but now I don’t really care anymore and have found people who care to understand me.
What has been your greatest challenge and what did you learn from it? If you were given three things to make you happy, what would these be?
My biggest challenge I have faced was lacking a desire for anything. I have learned how to feel desire by valuing love, and everything else blossomed from there.
If you were given three things to make you happy, what would these be? What legacy do you want people to remember about you after you’re gone? Would you rather be called vain or insecure? Which would you choose to be: law-abiding citizen or rule-breaker, and why?
The three things to make me feel happy would be love, peace, and feeling connected to everything including myself. Whenever I am gone, I want my legacy to be someone to remember by my playfulness of serious undertones, who loved all and endured through everything. I would rather be called insecure rather than vain, it is closer to humility I feel like. I would rather be a rule breaker because it is freedom.
What three words would describe you? What subject(s) were you good at in high school? Which did you most enjoy?
Three words that would describe me are self-aware, thoughtful, and creative. Back in high school, my best subject was probably English and it was my favorite as well.
How do you cope with stressful situations? What fashion piece would you have invented for women?
The way I cope with stressful situations is by expressing myself through creativity. If I could invent a fashion piece it would have been stockings, they are really cute.
What is the single most important thing people can do for the world? What do you think are the two things that prevent people from realizing their dreams? Would you lay down your life for someone or something? Who or what? Do you listen to other people’s advice, or do you prefer figuring things out yourself? Imagine that you are tasked to re-design society – what changes would you make?
The single most important thing someone could do is love one another. Two things that prevent people from realizing their dreams are their tough circumstances and discouragements. I am willing to lay my life down for anyone who needs it. I need to listen to people’s advice more but I really trust myself so I rather do things myself. If I could redesign society, it would be to teach the meaning of love to everyone to instill it in them.
Have you made someone cry? When? How? What will people say about you at your funeral?
For you, what is the purpose and message behind this blog? I have made someone cry before, it was my parents whenever I have said harsh things. When I die, I believe people at my funeral will say I was always a hopeful dreamer who was loving. I say all this so you have a little more of an idea about me. My message with this blog is to have a connection and understanding with you, reader. Thank you for reading through this.
